Q: When can can I get my parcel after I made payment?

P/S: If you bank in before 4pm, we will send out your goods on that day. (Not include Sunday and holiday)

A: Normally take 1-2 days (Not include Holidays and Weekend).


Q: 188shopping only send within Malaysia?

A: Yes. For Brunei customer, you can self collect in Sarawak Pos Laju Office.


Q: Can I change size of product if not suitable?

A: Sure, you just need to send back to us and put the postage (RM6 for WM, RM9 for EM) inside the parcel for us to send back to you.


Q: Can I get discount of the postage?

A: For West Msia, buy over RM100 free postage, if below is RM6.

    For East Msia, buy over RM100 get discount RM6 from actual postage. For your info, Basic charge of postage to Sabah/Srwk is RM9, will be extra if the items is larger and heavier.

For sure, we will try to get the best price of postage for our customer.
